We treat all client projects with the utmost confidentiality. Your intellectual property remains yours. NDAs are available upon request for additional legal protection.
We implement industry-standard security practices including secure development practices, regular security audits, and strict access controls for all projects.
Projects are delivered according to agreed specifications. Payment is due only upon final acceptance of the delivered product.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code. KHAOUITI Apps attribution must remain for Professional Plan implementations.
Standard support is provided for 15 days after delivery. Extended maintenance plans are available for ongoing support.
We prioritize amicable resolution through direct communication. We are committed to fair and transparent business practices.
Important Notice: We understand that circumstances may change. However, once a project has commenced, the client is responsible for compensating all work completed and resources allocated up to the point of cancellation.
If a client decides to discontinue or abandon a project mid-development, payment is required for all development time consumed up to that point. This includes:

Payment for cancellation charges is due within 14 days of receiving the final invoice.
We understand that unexpected situations occur. If you're experiencing difficulties, please communicate with us as early as possible. We may be able to pause the project or adjust timelines. However, prolonged unresponsiveness (more than 30 days without communication) will be considered project abandonment.
